CDGP currently manages the GP After Hours clinics in both Armadale and Bentley. The clinics
provide an after hours GP service for patients who are unwell when their normal GP surgery
is closed. Patients who attend the After Hours Clinics are able to have details of their
visit forwarded to their own GP to ensure continuity of care.
The Clinics also satisfy accreditation requirements for local GPs by providing after hours
care for your patients. Please contact the Division if you require written evidence for
your accreditation body.
